Dr. Ezeudu’s research focuses primarily on the governance of natural resources and extractive industries. He also has research interests in corporate-commercial law and environmental law. He has published works in internationally reputed law journals, including the European Journal of Law Reform, the African Human Rights Journal, the McGill Journal of Sustainable Development Law, and the Asper Review of International Trade and Business Law. He is currently an editor of the Journal of Environmental Law & Policy.
Dr. Ezeudu teaches Mining Law, Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law, and Business Organizations Law. He taught Criminal Law in the early years of his career.
