Mr. Riley teaches Intellectual Property at the U.S. International Trade Commission. In private practice, he focuses on intellectual property litigation and counseling at Mei & Mark LLP, where he is a partner. With an emphasis on patent litigation before U.S. district courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), and post-grant review proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, he has experience litigating in the most popular patent venues, including the Eastern District of Texas, the Northern District of California, the District of Delaware, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Mr. Riley has also represented veterans pro bono before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
